1. The name of your organisation

2. The name of your administrator for the Director Evaluation (usually the Chairperson)

3. The email address of the administrator

4. The number of board members (including the Chair)

5. The evaluations you wish to use (Full Board Evaluation, Chair Evaluation, Executive Director Evaluation etc.)

6. If you wish to purchase a one-year or three-year subscription

7. The start and finish dates for your evaluation process and the year of the evaluation. This year data is used if you ever want a multi-year report

The Next Steps

After you have sent the information, you will be registered with DirectorEvaluation.com and you will receive an invoice for your subscription.

As soon as the invoice is paid you will have full access to the Director Evaluation system.
THE DIRECTOR EVALUATION PROCESS

To undertake Director Evaluation the board should:

1. Discuss and agree on the purpose and range of evaluation tools to use

2. Appoint an administrator to set up the Director Evaluation process – this will often be the chairperson

3. Register with DirectorEvaluation.com

4. Use the simple web based Director Evaluation system to send out evaluations and generate reports

5. The chairperson reviews the reports and sends copies to each board member. Subsequently the board discusses its own evaluation and the chairperson meets with each director to discuss his or her evaluation.

6. The board and individual director evaluation development plans are developed and implemented.
