Register for Director Evaluation
To register simply CLICK HERE and supply the following information:
1. The name of your organisation
2. The name of your administrator for the Director Evaluation (usually the Chairperson)
3. The email address of the administrator
4. The number of board members (including the Chair)
5. The evaluations you wish to use (Full Board Evaluation, Chair Evaluation, Executive Director Evaluation etc.)
6. If you wish to purchase a one-year or three-year subscription
7. The start and finish dates for your evaluation process and the year of the evaluation. This year data is used if you ever want a multi-year report
The Next Steps
After you have sent the information, you will be registered with DirectorEvaluation.com and you will receive an invoice for your subscription.
As soon as the invoice is paid you will have full access to the Director Evaluation system.
